Code Crew is happy to announce an introductory session on HTML/CSS. The workshop is geared toward beginners and will walk participants through how to build a basic website showcasing their personal profile. In addition to covering the basics, some of the workshop will touch on popular HTML5 tags such as video and canvas. We will also cover some of the interesting stuff you can do with CSS3.

Instructor: Dan Friedman

Dan Friedman is a 2011 Thiel Fellow and the co-founder of Thinkful, the online school that uses one-on-one tutoring and personalized curricula to help students rapidly learn employable skills. Prior to Thinkful Dan worked at RRE Ventures, Elm City Labs and Elmseed Entreprise Fund. He attended Yale, where he studied Ethics, Politics, and Economics.
