Code Crew is very happy to announce that Code School's Gregg Pollack will be paying a visit to give a talk "12 Steps to be a Better Developer." This is a talk about lessons they don't teach in programming class.
You will learn about things like setting expectations, getting outside your comfort zone, moving from independence to interdependence and understanding software development as a craft.

Gregg is passionate about taking complex topics and teaching them efficiently. He's helped build Envy Labs, Starter Studio, and Code School. He also furthers education through BarCamp in Orlando, the Orlando Ruby Users Group, and the Orlando Tech Events newsletter.
